Well, we’re off and running. 2026 is thumbing its nose at 2025 saying, “Oh yeah, watch this!”
As this sure-to-be-filled-with-surprises year kicks off, let’s commit to taking care of ourselves so we have the energy for what’s important.
For me, the focus is friends, family, employees, clients, and you, the people who tune in each week to accelerate insights for a better life and a better world.
Let’s focus on making positive change where we can—recharging when needed—to keep our inner light shining.
And on that note, here’s news and information that caught my attention to share with you:

Kindness is Contagious, Pass It Along!
Here’s an easy way to help job seekers and make yourself feel good too:
When you see job openings, share them with your network: Repost on LinkedIn, forward emails to groups, talk about it when you’re meeting with someone in a related space. But don’t stop there: ask others to pass the opportunity along to their connections. Requesting shares exponentially increases the chance the right person finds the job. Doesn’t that feel good?
Do Good Spotlight: Wildgrain
Throughout the year I buy bread and related products from Wildgrain.com. It’s all delicious and made with healthy carbs. But I also love their commitment to helping those in need—for every box purchased, they donate 2 meals to a food-security non-profit. Win/Win/Win at its finest!
⏳Until Next Time…
Let’s face 2026 with eyes and hearts open. Let’s make good things happen by resting when we need to, staying focused, and talking with each other.
